Poor Customer Service and Disorganization
My experience with Bizzy Bee's Skip Hire was extremely disappointing due to their lack of professionalism and customer service. I had scheduled for a skip to be dropped off at my property yesterday morning for today's use. When I called to confirm the appointment, the employee I spoke with claimed to have no record of our conversation and blamed it on receiving too many calls to keep track.
This showed an unacceptable level of disorganization and failure to properly document appointments. As a customer, I should be able to expect some basic level of recordkeeping from a business. The employee's dismissive attitude of receiving "1000 calls a day" as an excuse for forgetting our arrangement was also unprofessional.

Delivered skip on time, don't bother messaging them or to call to collect as they never answer, said they would collect but never turned up, numerous times ring and text, no luck,not good customer service, would not recommend

Hired a skip, been sat on my drive for months. False promises of I will come and collect but never turned up, rang them numerous times always the same answer, we are coming but this is a busy time for us, well wasn't happy but okay I know they can get busy, then today, hey presto they came didn't even knock for the hire money just lifted the skip and topped it on my drive. Very bad company, have rang to complain to get a verbal threat down the phone, calling me all the names under the sun, even threatening that if I bad review them they will dump more stuff on my drive. Will never use these again and advise anyone else to never go near them, there scum company

Absolutely disgusting service , booked for skip for Saturday in advance and told yes no problem be sometime during the day. Called to inform them going to get kids some breakfast as didn't want to miss delivery just to be told don't have the skip pre-ordered and that's that.

Hired a skip from Bizzy Bees, waited for over 5 weeks for the skip to be picked up. Kept getting excuses and empty promises on when it would be picked up. definitely will not be using this company again.dont really care that you have beeen on holiday, tidying your yard or building walls in your garden. Just pick the skip up - avoid this one

Used Busy Bees a few times now. Always delivered the Skip size I’ve needed punctually. Always picked the full Skip up when I’ve finished with it, unlike other companies who collect, “ when they can “ ! . Clean , friendly service, thanks again Micky
