My company has been using Windsor waste services since it was formed back in 2017. In comparison to other asbestos transfer stations not only are their prices competitive but their customer service is excellent which is why they are the only company that I go to. In that time, I have built a friendly relationship with their staff and look forward to having a quick catch up and banter when I am there.

Majority of the time I deal with the same members of staff so not to leave names out (and to avoid arguments in the office lol), I want to thank each and everyone of you for being so welcoming.

One person I really want to thank personally is the wonderful Megan, she has been there since day one and goes above and beyond to help me and my company in all aspects.

Windsor waste management staff are very accommodating and efficient. I have strict reporting requirements and they meet all expectations. Cerys, Holly, Megan, Courtney, Gabby and Iain are stars of the company and always willing to help with last-minute requests and deliveries/collections. We highly recommend Windsor waste.

We use Windsor for all of our asbestos work. They are always keen to support and go above and beyond to answer anything we require. Gabby is always ready to take on a challenge and puts all her efforts into making sure all our questions are answered! Highly recommended
