The centre is in a convenient location but does get busy with slow moving queues. When we visited on a Sunday we were instructed where to park by an aggressive, stocky bald male who clearly shouldn't be working in the public sector. He had no social skills with us at all as he was abrupt and rude. There is a Re-use area there where you can take things home to make use of which is a good idea.

Rude arrogant staff. Lazy, supposed to open at 10 it’s 10:35 nearly and no sign of opening soon, car queue going halfway around the town now. Shambles. 5 people standing round doing absolutely nothing for 45 minutes.

Very helpful staff.
Had an issue with our last visit.
The weather was good, it was a weekend and they had closed down a garden waste container and re purposed it.
Surely it makes more sense to have kept it for garden waste as the majority of customers were attempting to dispose of garden waste.
We had to return home with an almost full car having only been able to dispose of a couple of bags!!

What is the point of telling everyone to come from Six Hills way when they're gonna send you towards Bessemer Drive in a massive queue?
False information on the website, plus what's the point of CCTV when you can't even see the queue formed on the other side. Pointless staff and pointless centre that never has space for anything that you need. No surprise that's so much fly tipping

Was nice a quiet about 20mins before closing time. Plenty of staff available to help with many options to recycle rather than just landfill.

Decent. It gets quite busy and queuing up to get in can sometimes be a bit of a nightmare but once you're in it's fine. Been there many times without any issues. Staff are always helpful.
