The collector was fantastic the workers on the phone are fantastic and helpful but they are terrible for payments. Car was collected Tuesday told would be paid by Wednesday latest now on Thursday still no money called this morning to be told around lunch still nothing I’ve said I’ve got to have it by 3:30 to buy a new car and I’ve still had nothing upto date who ever is responsible for the payments are shocking and need replacing
