We purchased a car was a problem with the engine they tried to assist wasn’t worth the repair and exchanged the vehicle with another vehicle even upgraded may not be able to get through on the phone. It can be very genuine. Thank you for all @ Affordable car dealer

Do NOT buy from this company. STAY AWAY from them!
I wish I had read the reviews before I bought my car from them.
I was assured that car passed all AA checks and been freshly services and no issues with it, paid cash. In the first month (3rd ride in this car as I was away) after check engine light pop out it turned out that tubo is damaged. They send me to their nominated garage, took 2 weeks to fix is and car was returned with stained cream leather interior and no boost, not accelerating correctly, totally unsafe to drive. Took it back to garage, they did nothing to fix it. Took it back to Affordable cars and they cleaned DPF and that's all. Car shakes and judders during acceleration. Still no safe to drive as it doesn't correspond properly - now all down to me to fix it! Their assurance is worth nothing, according to them - no failure light means all good with the car!
Do not buy from them - it comes with high hidden cost and having you car in and out of garages.

We had arranged to buy a car from this dealer through Zuto, the finance was paid 19/10/24. We arranged to collect it 26/10/24. When we called to make sure it was ok to collect and ensure the car was ready we were told that the car had already been collected by someone else! This meant the car had been sold twice even though I had paid a holding deposit as requested by the dealer!
This has caused a lot of upset, work and time as we now have to look for another suitable car and rearrange finance on that one!
I would not recommend this dealer to anyone who is looking at buying a car as the manager and the salesperson that we spoke to on 26/10/24 gave the impression that they really didn’t care and no apology was forthcoming
The one star is only because the holding deposit was returned to myself promptly

We bought a car advertised at £11,000 with a full service, new cambelt and water pump.
We were kindly offered a £500 discount.
Sadly the company states that the warranty does not apply where a discount has been applied to the advertised price.
In the first three months the car had:
1) failed MOT
2) washer fluid - turns out there was none at purchase
3) alarm failure
4) replacement of rear shocks
5) replacement of track rod ends
6) indicator failure
Month 4
7) snapped cambelt at 1500 miles, requiring engine rebuild

?⛔wasting money is a easy thing but with these crooks is more like stealing your money when you are buying from them.
THOUSANDS OF POUNDS WASTED ON A CAR INVOLVED IN A CRASH WITH NO RECORDS OF IT AND A MILEAGE MODIFIED.
NOT TO MENTION FAKE MOT AND SERVICE PAPER WORK

Drove 2 hours to view a car. Called before I left to confirm still available. They called me when I was 45 minutes away asking how long I was going to be. Got there and someone was pulling in from test driving it. They ended up buying it so I had to drive 2 hours back home with no car!! Forecourt looked like a scrap yard anyway!! AVOID

TERRIBLE company. SCAMMERS. We bought a car and within a month it was broken. Contacted the company who tried to say we had to speak to the supplier not them, even though they sold us the car. Said because we were out of warranty by two weeks (6 weeks since purchase) they would do NOTHING. Issues: brakes, entire base fell off while driving, oil leak they claimed they’d resolved, broken aircon, starter motor, glow plugs gone, turbo gone, black exhaust smoke, faulty dashboard so we had no idea the engine light was on, faulty passenger window. Variably drives in limp mode on fast roads, going from 60 down to 30 unpredictably!
This is an old car, 2006, but it is NOT road safe, not as described, not fit for purpose and the company are refusing not only to help but to respond. They just repeatedly say they will check with admin then ditch.
Even companies associated in the same location say they are scam artists. AVOID THESE CARS AT ALL COSTS

Brought a Citron C4 worst chisevi have ever made.
It had no foot break.
They let me take away a car with no breaks.
Would never use these people again.
Cowboys, that don't care for your safety.
Their insurance from called me just as I was about to tell my insurance company to just scrap this car. Say he was horrified at what had happened. Asking were was this car now, because he wanted to look at the for himself. So it is 8n scrap yard still waiting for them to go and have a look at the car to for themselves what happened to the good break. Only for the scrap yard to email me to say NO ONE HAS BEEN TO LOOK AT THIS CAR. To tell I need to pay money to have it sat there doing nothing.
