Advisor for Americans and anyone else!: Don’t bother calling them if you’re American, you will get scammed. I booked an appointment with them the day prior to tow my car to a shop nearby and he (Lee) showed up 30 minutes late, calling me along the way screaming through the phone, cussing and accusing me of giving him the wrong address, I was outside those 30 minutes walking up and down the block trying to find him even though he said he was right outside. We finally get my car towed, I ride over to the shop in his passenger seat and he’s kicking and yelling like a child about how I’ve made him late by giving him the wrong address (the receipt reflects the correct address). Then refuses to take my car off the back of his truck until I pay 50 extra pounds. Ended up charging me £85 to tow my car less than half a mile down the road. His GPS pulled up the shop’s address that I provided him perfectly fine.

A friend of mine had the misfortune of being involved in a car accident today. Lee happened to be passing by whilst we were in the middle of the aftermath and all very upset .He took charge immediately of the situation, advised us what we should do and not do and generally went over and above with help and kindness. He made a difficult situation a lot easier! He was with his break down vehicle and removed the damaged car quickly and professionally. We would both thoroughly recommend Lee and this company. And would call them again in a heart beat should we ever need help again. Thank you for saving the day ! And a lot of time ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am so happy that I called Cambridge car Solutions first when I felt hopeless and alone in a dark deserted car park with a dead battery!
Lee responded to my message quickly and gave me clear information. He arrived like a 'knight in shining armour' to get me going for my long onward journey giving sound advice as well. Despite the wind and rain, he really put himself out, and charged very reasonably. 5 star recommendation to anybody in a fix!
