I've been coming here probably at least once a day since you opened. The people who work in this branch ALWAYS brighten up my working day! I have ALWAYS been greeted with smiles and friendly comments - by every member of staff no exceptions. NO one is EVER not really happy. It's amazing really. They're always so helpful and knowledgable and always proactively coming up with great promotions, being creative with the all important snacks etc, and always helping me find a solution for a tricky job. These people make coming to work a pleasure, coming here is a big part of my day. I've been in three times today!

Downloaded & signed up to their app to get a discount on our purchase.
I left it days to get the code but nothing arrived even after checking I had accepted their marketing. Queried this with their live chat who said to leave a few days as their marketing team were behind on processing the discount codes. Left it another 3 days but still nothing & even signed my wife up but nothing received apart from marketing emails!
Messaged yet again with no help!
Obviously false advertising!
Given up & ordered from one of their competitors who gives you the discount code automatically without waiting - sorry after years of using Screwfix I will no be using Toolstation all the time.

Visited twice very well run good shop quiet tidy establishment.Nice off road walk to Covington and to beach and sea wall .Large pay and display car park for beach and amusements etc.Excellent pub good food.Also choice of chip shops/take aways.More pubs at inland end nice Sunday Carvery .Good General Store in main Street,Railway and Bus services really useful to visit most other places.

Always helpful, a fair price, good returns policy and good staff. I'd like to see a broader range of higher end, market leading products, there's always room for improvement, but Screwfix has been consistently good for years. Keep it up.
