The centre was easy to find, all the skips are clearly sign posted. The road round the skips is clean and tidy as was the general area. The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful.

Great rubbish tip, the layout is good, no waiting and it's really clean and tidy. The staff are so kind and helpful, especially the man who likes the motorcycle magazines. Such a nice chap. Well done, keep up the good work, someone needs to give these men a bonus or a payrise. Hard workers with a smile.

First time using this recycling centre today, and lads couldn't have been more helpful...especially for a Sunday! No queues...well managed and maintaining...even helped with loads from car, pleasant and good banter! Will be using here from now on...much better than Wrekenton! Keep up the good work lads...?
