I have been using Grundons now for a few years and I have not had any fault with them. Their driver has always been friendly and helpful and their prices have been competitive for our area. The staff in their call centre are friendly and helpful. The only negative I have found, is that it takes too long to receive a quote from their technical department when I have hazardous waste to dispose of. I could do with a quote right there on the phone rather than wait a few hours or even days.

have used Grudon's for years and always been happy with our service.
In the last month our bins are collected much later if at all, after numerous phone calls I am fobbed off, apparently the driver got stuck in traffic (for 12 hours?) I have sent 3 emails none have which have been replied to! I have called and try to speak to a Manager, no joy, asked for a call back, still nothing.
Sorry Grundon's you are losing my business, you have become too unreliable for me. advice to anyone reading this, loyalty means nothing to this company, go somewhere else as I am! unless of course you want dirty bins overflowing outside your business,

They didn't come after 24 hours and when they finally arrived they made up some excuse for not taking everything - a sofa and an old TV - because they said 2 different teams were needed, though no other team showed up. No I don't want to email [email protected] Don't give me a bot reply. I have already left Grundon Services and moved to a more reliable and customer friendly sevice.

It isn't a difficult task to arrange collections weekly and when your regular driver is away to find a professional and competant replacement . Grundons can't do this . Instead they lie about when your waste will be collected and just wipe their hands of you no matter how long you have been a customer

I don't recommend at all,so disonest people,they missed lots of colection and Kept charging me after 2 years that i cancelled the contract!if you want headache use them!

They are ok while you have a account, ( over 15 years ), but when you close the account, they add other charges, they say you left waste in the bin and charge you for taking it away.

This incident never happened according to Grundon. When CCTV was presented it miraculously became an accident.
