Useless, Call up i am very busy and cant afford to sit around waiting for them to finish brake etc told come in after 1:30 get there and there just going for there brake clearly office staff dont know what there doing. Went to saunders in swindon in the end was quicker than waiting while they wouldve been on there brake. And £30 a ton better rate so wont be back.

I won't bother trying to use these guys again. Strange way to run a business, but maybe they can afford to turn customers away?
I'll stick to my usual scrapyard, 100 times more friendly and professional.
