Generally I feel a certain level of stress going to one of these places but I have no need here.

Staff are helpful and opening times are very good. I do think that huge quantities goes in the household waste bins which could otherwise be repaired, reused or recycled. Laziness is typical in these parts.

I have my favourite time to go when I often have the place to myself, as pictured.

Please be respectful to the staff...many people are not.

Booked a specific time slot and been held outside for 40 mins or longer waiting for a lorry to clear out. Seems like a frequent occurrence now ..

Today first time I used this service on this area (Chigwell) very well managed and easy .many slots were available on same day on Saturday . Very helpful and friendly staff there “Dan” helped me to show all the different recycling containers according to my need he also offerd me a hand to carried the stuff.thanks Chigwell

Always had issues here.

They won't let you dump anything here it seems.

No plasterboard no kitchen units.

What is the point t of the place local if we have to travel further out to tip?

No wonder fly tipping is on the rise.

Staff here are genuinely helpful. This seems like a really odd thing to say but they made a stressful situation easier, but answering our questions and not being annoyed at us for asking them. Didn't even realise that staff can be like this because I just never experience people being kind when you need help at a business/council.
