Fab and unexpected service from We Buy Any Car Shrewsbury. Dean was efficient, polite and courteous. Offered a good value for the car. Slightly less than the online valuation due to a number of scuffs and scrapes which I more than expected. Will definitely recommend. I was selling an i8 and didn’t even think that would be an option here but seems they really do Buy Any Car! Thanks.

The person was very polite, but their on-line valuation bears no resemblance to what they are prepared to give for your vehicle. We had over £3000 knocked off the online price for a small patch of rust which could have been treated. See picture below. Be wary.

The price you get offered online is about a 1000 pounds more than what you are offered once you drive over .
There advert says the offer stand for 4 days ,Not true ,and they keep swapping the dealer around so you get a different offer the next time.

Greeted by a young chap in his first week and dealt with by another more seasoned gentleman, the entire process was conducted cordially and professionally.
