I bought a ABS pump for a VW T5. Unfortunately I bought the WRONG ABS pump ? Company didnt have the one I required and they provided a refund with no fuss (even though it was posted without thr required paperwork ) Top class. 5*

BEWARE.......BEWARE......BEWARE......BEWARE......

Unfortunately, we have had a similar experience as the Nissan grill was sent damaged with broken clips. I have phoned Colin on numerous occasions without reply (used a delaying tactic so claim expires within the set time).

Grill was sent back as advised and was accused of not notifying of the damaged part and no refund issued. Its been almost 3 months since the item was sent back at my expense as postage label issued by SKAN 4 x 4 was only for small packages and a further £10.95 was paid to Parcelforce.

If no refund was to be issued why request for the item to be sent back and therefore keep the item. I would rather SKAN sent back the grill so I could sell the item onto Ebay myself. Time wasted, money lost, and no product to show for it. (Beware as the product will be sent to another buyer).

Have been dealing with Skan 4x4 for about 7 years now exporting car parts and it has been hard to find in the UK people more honest, reliable and friendly than these people.
Not a single issue, ever.
