It's clear from the significant amount of google reviews for this company that my experience of them is not a unique one.
Money paid, no goods delivered, no contact from the seller, no refund.
The most concerning thing to me (aside from having been scammed) is that their website is still live and still stealing from people.

So advice to anyone going through this with the retailer;
1. Call the police non-emergency number and report the scam, obtaining a crime reference number.
2. Contact Action Fraud, detailing your experience and providing the crime reference number
3. Contact Citizens Advice Consumer Service and provide the details
4. Contact your bank and raise a dispute

Collectively, these reports will help to hold the 'retailer' accountable for their actions and ensure that they aren't given the means to continue their shady operation.

Worst company to deal with.

I ordered 10 lengths of 20x20 black angle on the 04/03/2021. I placed the order, paying via Paypal, and I was sent my receipt straight away to my email address.
The company is based in Rochester, which is only about 40-45 miles away, so I thought the delivery would be relatively quick.
After a week of nothing, I tried emailing them to ask when my delivery was going to take place, and after 3 days, I had no reply. Sent another email, but again, no reply.
Called the mobile number on the website (6-7 times over two days), and although it was an international ringtone, still no reply.
One last email to them, stating that I was going to cancel the order through Paypal, and request my money back, and .......... NO REPLY.

Fair play to Paypal, who tried to contact them and resolve the issue, but they didn't replied to them either. Paypal are now in the process of refunding my money. (28/03/2021)

Upshot is, don't use this company!!!
I wish I had read all the other complaints on here, like badly cut material, wrong sizing, and other customers who went through the same process as me.

Terrible customer service. I paid for nearly £500 worth of goods, the delivery date came and went - when I tried to contact them my emails went unanswered and the mobile phone number they provided had a foreign ringing tone and no one ever picked up. I ended up having to raise a chargeback claim with my bank and threaten them with trading standards before they refunded the money. It took many hours of my time to sort out and I never received an explanation, or apology. Worst customer experience ever!

Please DO NOT buy from this company.
They are very quick to acknowledge your order and take your payment but that's where contact will end. Mobile number gives an international ring tone then goes to gifgaf answer service. I've left message after message, sent messages via the website and sent many emails.... NO REPLY TO ANY OF MY MESSAGES.
I'm now in the process of claiming back from PayPal and reporting to trading standards.
BEWARE THESE ARE SCAMMERS AND AVOID AT ALL COST.

I suspect this company is a scam.
Please DO NOT buy from this company.
They acknowledge your order and take your payment and then you here nothing from them. Mobile number gives an international ring tone then goes to gifgaf answer service. I have emailed, phoned, used their 'contact us' and paypal contact system i have had absolutely no reply.
I'm now in the process of claiming back from PayPal.
I would advise anyone to check carefully before using this company

The items did arrive. Lack of communication though. Telephone number goes to a foreign voice mail. I worried that I had lost my money and contacted PayPal to start the ball rolling to get the money back … and then the items did arrive. My advice - pay with PayPal- you are protected and start the ball rolling early if the company fails to deliver.

First time i bought from this company I had no problems. The second time absolutely let down. They took my money but the goods never arrived I have emailed and tried to call them several times but no response whatsoever.
Will never use them again. I have had to highlight at least 1 star to be able to post my review but they are not worth any stars at all.

Wish I had never placed an order with this company, impossible to contact if there is a problem. Emails never returned, calls to the mobile number very occasionally goes to answer phone but messages never responded to.
The one time the call was answered said they would investigate and get back to me - still waiting.
If after reading reviews you are still tempted to use them, try calling them first.
Update 27/08/20 Wasn't prepared to let this go so have today received a County Court judgment requiring them to make a refund plus costs.
Update 18/09/20 County Court Judgement ignored until yesterday when I emailed them to say that the next stage would be recovery by a High Court Bailiff, this has the effect of raising the debt by a large amount. Had an email response from them within hours and payment the next day.
I still cant work out if this is a scam company or if they just have no customer service either way my advice is still avoid them its not worth the hassle.
