went today with a car full of mixed rubbish, the lady that greeted me quickly explained what went where. When I pulled up 2 really helpful men helped me then when I went to the top level the guys were just as helpful, even helping me get a kids bike that had got wedged in my boot. Love this place.

I have to reluctantly admit that it is an easier and stress free visit now you have to book a slot online. Initially I was sceptical it would work but now you no longer have the awful traffic congestion to contend with when you have to visit here.

Well set up and efficient centre. There used to be some very rude staff members. But it seems they didn't stick in this public place. God to go and free to use.
Well, paid for by the council tax payers on average £200 per month per household.

The front is a bit tricky to find to right bin or skip for your stone and electricals. Easy to book and staff are very helpful

At first the booking system was a pain in the rear, but I invariably get a slot which works fir me. Really helpful staff, who often take items from me to take to make the visit run smoothly.

Thanks to the two men who helped me unload some plasterboard which I had stupidly put into bags to transport. And to the man in the general area who cheerfully swept up the loose plaster... with a smile. What a lovely bunch of people. Huge thanks.
