Our recently acquired little old skoda had some dodgy tyres that came with it so I called up to ask about some part-worn replacements. The gentleman on the phone checked stock and said I could pop down whenever.

On arrival I was guided into a clean neat service area and the tyres were thoroughly checked. The guy doing the work was great and showed me that although the front were in good shape, the back ones were dry, cracked and flaking. Two new tyres and £40 later i was backing out on newly balanced rims and safe tyres.

I'm a relative newbie to having my own car and they were very helpful, the guy working on my tyres explained to me why front ones wear more and why tyres that have sat idle are more likely to crack. After replacing them they showed me the tyres that were removed and showed me how to spot when my tyres were reaching the end of their lifespan.

Just before I left I asked if they knew anywhere that could fix up the yellowed and frosted headlights and Steve referred me on to another place that could help me out.

Amazing people who didn't mind educating a complete amateur and a quick, efficient service at a great price.
