We were sent the wrong part in error after ordering from eBay as a guest. We called here direct to explain issue. Error was explained and apologised for in a transparent way. Plan formed to rectify, I kept my half of the deal. When the other buyer who recieved our part was unable to uphold their end (due to hols), the seller purchased a whole new part for us and got it courier ASAP. Couldn't be happier with the resolution or the way it was handled.

We tried getting our refund from the company for 4 and a half months. Sent the car part, that arrived damaged, back to the seller and been told will be refunded as soon as he receives it.

However, the seller not only have not refunded but also told it is a lesson for us not to buy online and not to trust people online!

So, here you go, that is your review. Hope people see it and do not trust you, as you advised us yourself :))

I dont think this is right behaviour whatsoever.
Hope your inner feelings after this scam make you feel great though.

Unfortunately I can't post 0 stars. This man Mr M*i is just the worst. Don't buy anything from him. I had to chase him for weeks with him refusing to refund. Eventually I took action through Paypal Disputes. They got no reply from him and refunded me the money but not the cost of my postage of the returned item.
Now he is reviewing his own business and awarding himself 5 stars (see below).

I am surprised about the bad reviews i read about this centre. I had a great experience. I bought a total value of around 950 £ parts using ebay. Everything was as described and he gave extra parts free of charge even i didn't ask for them. I could not be more happier about them. They were not the best on communications but no complaints about parts at all.

Found the site "motorwise" through local engine searches, got my quote to which i had something come up and wasn't able to accept the call to confirm a pick up time and day however i went back to get another quote which was around £70 higher then a few days previously. accepted the call to "manny" (sorry don't know how to spell it properly) quick and easy discussion over the phone and the next day at 9am sharp he was there, the turn over was quick and easy. Manny showed me the transaction being done once on arrival to which i had recieved the funds roughly 20 or 40 minutes later. Excellent service, would happily use again in the future, cheers for pain free experience it is much very much appreciated.
