Went up the tip today, very clear as to what goes where. One of the staff, Brian, was working hard to keep the tip tidy, helping/ advising all the service uses and being cheerful as well. Great work Brian keep it up ?

Not long moved to the area and so needed to use the tip a few times. What a brilliant tip it is. It's very well thought out and easy to find where you need to put things. The opening times are perfect. The staff there are exceptionally helpful and kind. They all have good attitudes and seem to enjoy their work. Best recycling centre I've ever been too.

As tips go, this one's excellent. No big ramps to walk up and never seems to be that busy!

By far the best recycling centre in Northampton. Always clean and tidy, never picked up a puncture here, the staff are always friendly and very courteous with enquiries as to what rubbish goes where.

Also the bins are recessed and there are no ramps. You can pull right up to a bin and unload straight out of the car. Can unload in 2 minutes rather than 10 by walking up and down the ramps you have at Sixfields or Ecton.

Unhelpful, had a double mattress to dump, folded in half and roped up. Had to park a distance form the actual skip. About 4 workers just stood there, chatting and watching me as if totally bored and nothing to do. I struggled having to roll and the mattress along slowly as too big to lift. Thanks for that!

Also I don't get the point of a public facility that is closed often / couple of days a week..
