Very organized place and easy to access with Parking facility. Staff was very helpful and did not have any long que even on weekend. Only 5 mins waited and my turn came up. Dumped my king size bed frame and Tv free of cost. Thank you so much council.

I was in the queue today for an hour. They were so busy, but staff were still keeping us at safe distances and trying to hurry people along safely. The queue was even longer when I eventually got out after emptying my car !!!

Went to dispose of my garden waste and I had a lot of bags with me ... I suffer with arthritis and asked Jayo for some help .... he was so polite and helpful and carried all my bags up the slope so I did not have to struggle... I can't thank him enough... thank you

Limited recycling options, but very pleasant and helpful staff.

Edit: Changed rating. This has all the options. I OBVIOUSLY didn't have my glasses on when I visited initially.

Very pleasant and helpful people working here. As well as cheerfully advising where to put goods, they even sorted out a jump start for my car when the battery failed on my visit. A credit to Wellingborough.

Fairly clean and tidy.
But I have safety reservations on their operating procedures.
Oil for disposal in cans should be placed in a safe place.not poured into tank by individual members of public.who incur spillages. Members of the public are not wearing safety boots or protective equipment.and do not have access to washing facilities.
Placing rubbish in skips is OK but not climbing up ramps to do it.These ramps are steep. Not very suitable for a pensioner like me. And I am not as agile as I used to be.
Needs to change this practice.
