Guys a joke...I ring on a Tuesday ordered a skip for Thursday. I ring to ask on Thursday morning what time it would arrive. First he didn't know who I was then after short conversation he said he Forgot, sorry!
If that's how he conducts business I don't know how he survives and why people still use him. He said I can have a smaller skip but no discount or I'll get it to you straight away. I wouldn't even give it a star if I had the choice. Sheer clear plenty of other firms about and cheaper. Well at least he saved me £35

AVOID! Appalling service and very very rude staff. Promised a skip replacement on Monday PM/Tuesday morning but it didn't come so i phoned and he had 'forgotten'! Then said it would be Wednesday but have chased and now say they are too busy and it will be Thursday. Needless to say I have found someone else who can do it quicker and cheaper.

My 82 year old mother was up set when this firm dumped a skip for someone elses use on her parking spaces. The spaces were clearly marked. I phoned David Brown to ask him to move the skip, but was confronted by a bully who was extermly rude and clearly could not have cared less about anyone but himself. His advice was that we could use someone elses spaces and he refused point blank to move the thing. Clearly this firm is not one which worries too much about what people think about them. David Brown claimed the skip would be gone in 2 days but alsa it was left for 5 days before being collected. I have reported this firm to trading standards. A frim to be avoided?
