The philosophy of Townstech is to recycle IT equipment with the objective to reduce material to landfill to zero.

The company has the appropriate accreditatio and guarantees to safely destroy data on hard-drives.

Any business, large or small, can dispose of redundant equipment free of charge. Townstech also offers free collection within the area. They appear to accept all equipment, including cables and peripheral equipment.

The staff are friendly and help with unloading. The premises have convenient off-road parking.

We have used Townstech for many years now and have always had such positive experiences. Becca and family are always able to fit in a collection in good time when you make an enquiry. They always come on the date they agree, even if you book one some time ahead in the future. An excellent family run business.

Really excellent service from this family run team!

I enquired on the website about arranging a collection, was contacted by the lovely Bec who sorted everything out and booked it in, and was then met on the day by a gentleman collecting the equipment in a company branded van, who I later found out to be Bec's father and the co-founder of the company.

The level of service was excellent and I took pleasure in knowing that the e-waste I was getting rid of would be going on to re-use and recycling where possible.

I'm already building another pile of IT recycling and e-waste and won't hesitate to contact Townstech again when the time comes.
