I have had hundreds of skips over the years from GBN via skip brokers (I do not hold a direct account), and have had enough issues to cause me to give them a 1 star rating. They are competitive on price, however I would look at other local skip providers reviews before making a decision to use GBN. Service is not where I need it to be.

Avoid this company for any services. The quality of service and customer relations is probably the worst I have seen . I ordered a skip from GBN Leyton and when they came to pick it up, the driver proceeded to destroy my drive by driving onto the grass and flowerbeds despite having over 250m2 of driveway. The driver admitted his fault and said GBN would pay for damage. When I contacted the manager(Alan) is was extremely rude and unprofessional and refused to even acknowledge the damage even though I had pictures. He even blamed bad construction of my landscaped driveway! He then proceeded to hide behind terms and conditions which he didn't even bother to send me.The cost to repair would have been less than £250 but the reputational damage to this company will be a lot more. I will stick with envirowaste next time, much better service.

Lee the transport manager must be the devil who causes the smaller size skips to be dropped of instead of the agreed size, then they moan their trucks do not lift the level load mud filled 8yr skips, contrary to other companies just getting on with the job, never had in my life this mockery faced with. The bunch of amateurs calling themselves a company, long long way even to be called a company.

Don't go near this lot bad should've been 8 yard skip's only 6 yard delivered every time we went to exchange excuses drivers not in lorry broken down lucky we got two days after you wanted the skips in the first place use Dunmow Skips not this lot
