VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE

I went in person to GSF Car Parts to buy two drop links for my Toyota Prius 2014, after checking their official website where they were listed at £10 each (original price £13). So I expected to pay £20 total.

At the store, I asked the cashier if the in-store price was the same as online, and he told me “yes, yes, don’t worry.” I trusted him — but in the end, they charged me £51.38, more than double!

When I got home, I checked the website again and confirmed the online price was indeed £10 each. I feel misled and disappointed. This kind of dishonest behavior is unacceptable and shows a lack of transparency and professionalism.

I wouldn’t recommend trusting in-store prices without double-checking online first.
Sadly, I won’t be returning after this experience

Guys here are fantastic. Used them for parts and odd bits for the last 10 years, and never once have I had an issue.

Used them that much. I decided to work for them.... instead of working at the waste of a company I worked at previously.... I actually feel valued, which makes a nice change for a large corporation.

I had a great experience at GSF Rochdale. Danny is top - he helped resolve an issue I'd been having with my car. We briefly spoke about the issue, he suggested a solution (based on his experience of similar issues) and even sold me the perfect part! The problem was solved in 5 minutes and cost a fraction of what a garage would have charged me 🙂

Very disappointed with the staff, very bad customer service. The customer service was unhelpful and the attitude of the staff is unacceptable. They also advised me to "don't come here again" avoid at all costs!

We had bought a brought a car batter last year which has within a few months failed. Luckily, it came with a warranty. The store was efficient in testing and replacing it with a new battery. 10/10 service, do as they promise and great staff.

Needed a flywheel for a new clutch. Price on Autodoc was up and down by £70. Found this on gsf along with a discount code, bargain. Only issue was that the one at store nearest to work sold out so had to travel a bit further to collect, not really an issue! Staff very efficient and friendly. Recommended
