I love the cause of what a reclamation yard stands, so in one way I want to support Daleside. However, when it comes to malpractice, it's impossible to keep quiet. Daleside need to be more honest about what they are delivering. I received reclaimed floorboards, but they were in a terrible state: wet, partially cracked and at least 1/3 were absolutely not usable (partially rotten. The tongue and grooves would have been impossible to use without breaking off. I had to send them back. Luckily I got a refund, but I lost out on the shipping cost and was totally inconvenienced by the experience.

Took an age to find the place then there didn't seem to be any signage when we finally found the place there was no one around won't be returning sorry

Avoid this reclamation yard at all costs , I paid £2000 cash for 25 metres of stone flooring , what turned up was 19 metres of stone paths , of which 15 of the stones were broken or not fit for use , despite repeated phone calls and emails with pictures he would not give me my money back ! Just stay away , or make sure you know what your getting , complete robbery snd I’m taking daleside reclamation to court to try to get my money back
