First time user.

Location was easy to find and both outside and in was clean and presentable.

All staff from reception to dentist were friendly, polite and professional.

Pricing is good and staff offer advice without being pushy.

Friendly, caring and knowledgeable team throughout greeted us and quickly ascertained that what had been described as a minor problem for my son, by a very nearby, local dental practice is, in fact, not minor and imho had been woefully and inadequately diagnosed, leaving my son with ongoing problems.

As for myself, I also had much more knowledgable and honest treatment, resulting in my own referral.
My partner also received hugely better advice for c-pap management and advice concerning his ongoing dental care that had been entirely under-advised or completely ignored.

The relief is indescribable, but, having moved my other son earlier to this practice, I am fully confident I have made the best decision. Really, very pleased I finally feel very confident in my dentist.

Brilliant dentist the girls at reception are so helpful, very polite and efficient.
Richard the hygienist is lovely, doesn’t rush and explains everything as he goes along. Caroline is also lovely, a very cheerful person that puts one at ease and also explains everything clearly. So glad my friend recommended Chancery.

They were both excellent- friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient.

After a bad experience at another dentist I was really nervous when I walked through the door at Chancery Dental.
Instantly I was reassured by the professional and compassionate staff, from the reception staff to the dentist and dental nurse.
Everyone made me feel welcome and relaxed, their smiles were natural not forced they all showed a genuine love of what they do, and honestly I cannot thank them enough x 😁
