Absolutely Waste of Time! Looked online and input my registration. Found the item, but I was not clear if it was a single or a pair. So I called the Oxford store, the person who answered the call wanted to know the item number, I could not access the item number as it was on the website in my mobile phone that I was calling from. So I tried to give him the description of the item, he was not interested. So I said I will call back.

After that ended, I looked up the item number and wrote it down, so now I called Head Office in Birmingham, I informed them that I have the item number and the person asked for the description, the opposite of the patronising Oxford Staff member. So we cleared that up, the Head office staff member clearly stated all of this specific item come in a pair, to which was the answer to my query.

So I made my online reservation, chose to pay at the store; (LUCKILY) as when I arrived to buy the item, I was told that there could be a variant to the one I have ordered. But the website accepted my vehicle registration and provided the items that will fit. The member of staff insisted that the website is incorrect and he is correct after searching it up on his computer in store.

After I had kind of accepted his knowledge and experience, I was looking at taking him up on his word, but then he hit me with that the price is stated for one unit, not a PAIR!

I was furious to hear this, so I told him I will call Head Office to clarify what’s going on. Head office did answer the phone after 10 minutes in the callers queue. They stated that it’s for one unit on all of the range of this item. I informed them that their colleague the day before said it comes in a pair, but they insisted it’s incorrect.

So over all I have had the worst experience of my life with a car parts store ever.

Never again will I go to this company. Absolutely shocking experience. Your better off paying the fee pounds and pennies extra and get the genuine customer service you deserve.

This should be a ZERO star for poorest of the poorest service.

Called in to collect parts and whilst there also purchased some windscreen wipers. The rear tailgate one was wrong and returned inside with the old one for a match. Left it and the chap soon appeared with the correct one.
All good . Highly recommended.

Order hadn't been processed even though I had details printed (& stated discount). Happy to charge full amount for parts from 'their stock's or could have gone back hours later & pay full price. Chat online wasn't helpful either. Don't bother is my advice - I'm in a few car clubs & nobody has ever mentioned using them so it seems there's a reason that I hadn't realised they are there as obviously not reliable enough for anyone to recommend
