Couldn't have asked for a better service.

Very easy to deal with. I was in a real fix with a car, ready to be scrapped, stuck in a garage at the end of a narrow lane. They made light work of it. In and out in about 30 minutes.

Absolutely perfect. Filling in the initial form was fast and easy, followed by a call from a lovely lady to make arrangements. The truck turned up in time, removed the car fast, with no hassle whatsoever, the payment quoted was in our bank really quick and we got our certificate of destruction right after. Every person we dealt with was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and we will definitely be using again and again. Thank you so much!

Great service the STAFF went out of there way to find me the part that I required.
And the part was in first class condition. And at a fair price.

Good business is about offering great customer service. Attitudes, communication with customers, going the extra mile etc. are all important. I was very disappointed with my experience in dealing with Burtons. The lady on the telephone appeared to be having a bad day. I was enquiring about a small item for my car but I would also have needed air con re charge, four tyres and wheels and rear bumper. Very disappointed. People running businesses need to come across as helpful, cheerful and pleasant.

What a lovely family run business. So impressed. I had my car vandalised and needed a aerial and replacement indicator covers. They helped me find the correct ones in a matter of moments it was fixed like new. So happy to have my radio working again. Can't thank them all enough for their help. Everyone pitched in. Thank you x
