We needed a bin at the football club and I made contact with Grundon. Julia got in touch and arranged a site visit. Julia was polite, prompt and very knowledgable on what would work best for us. The contract was agreed and signed within a few days and the bin was delivered as advised and everything is running smoothly. A great price too, especially after some quotes I had received were nearly double if not 3 times more expensive. Great service all round.

We were left short when our bin contract unexpectedly ended during our busy season, Grundon were amazing! Cheaper than their competitors, able to recycle our paper cups and willing to start the contract asap so we didn’t miss a collection. Julia Wronska particularly has been brilliant at communicating with me - helping me set the contract up, understanding our needs and supporting us every step of the way - even when I had stupid questions, nothing was too much trouble. The bins were collected promptly throughout and at the end of our contract and I couldn’t recommend them enough - thank you Grundon and Julia! 🙂

Just before Christmas I contacted Grundon regarding a 1100 litre bin to be delivered to the Cat Rescue Charity I work with, there are many kitties at the rescue and they produce more “outgoings” than the usual bin could take. I very quickly received a response from a lovely helpful lady called Julia who sent the necessary forms for me to fill out. Within a couple of days everything was sorted and the bin was in place. Last week I contacted Julia again, one of our fosterers who also has many kitties needed a 1100 litre bin too to cope with her broods “outgoings” .. again a very quick response from Julia and within a day all was sorted. Being a Charity cost is very important and the price we were quoted was very reasonable. In fact such was the efficiency from Grundons their bin was in place before the others firms I contacted for a quote had got back to me with their quotes which were far higher. Very good service and highly recommend.
