Professional and friendly. Luke went above and beyond, we called and had to hang up, he returned my call straight away! Asked if he could pick up our car to scrap it and he was here within the hour. He also took the car for what we were quoted from another company who called to say it would take them two weeks to collect! Money transfer was done on the spot. Cannot fault this company, he kindly went through the V5 and how to declare it on the DVLA website. I wouldn't look anywhere else. Thank you again for your outstanding honest service.

Absolutely terrible service. I had an old van in a back paddock which Luke agreed to remove. I specifically asked for it to be loaded and not driven as it had a split oil pipe. This was agreed, however upon collection the van was driven approximately 60ft along a brick weave drive which now has a continuous oil leak the entire length. As I knew Luke from School I trusted the job would be done as requested so I wasn't present when it was collected.

I obviously contacted Luke who admitted he had forgotten about the oil leak and apologised. I then asked for him to foot the bill to clean the drive but unsurprisingly my messages are now being ignored despite being read.

I am now in the process of obtaining a quote to clean the drive so I can proceed through the claims court.

We've used these guys to take away vehicles a couple of times now. The amount they pay has always been more than the car take-back websites. Friendly service and cars were picked up when promised. Recommended.
