Not usually much of a queue. Some staff extremely unfriendly. If looks could kill everytime you ask a reasonable question, I would be dead by now! They do not offer to help at all when ive seen elderly people struggling to get something out of their car. When i got a license to take a small amount of bricks in my tiny trailer , I was questioned as to whether it was commercial waste and when i said no, it was clear i was not believed! Its a shame as there is no need for such unfriendliness.

I Visited today with some household waste. Safe to say I won't be returning and they wonder why there is so much flytipping!!
Staff here have a Disgusting attitude one inpaticular wearing a hat smoking a cigarette accused me of being a business and accused me of using multiple sites in the area he was very abrupt and almost threatening when I asked him where he had got this information from.

Not much of a queue, it small all a few cars at once. Staff direct you rather than help and bins speed full. You have to walk around a bit to fund everything for recycling ie clothes etc is tucked round the back

Staff are not friendly, i always go to the tip and never once have i met such unfriendly staff. Would not help me out and if i did something wrong, he would mutter something horrid under his breath.

Staff rude and disrespectful of older clientele,much too little space and site not fit for purpose, opening hours ridiculously limited,no wonder the surrounding countryside is littered with roadside tipping,I spend half my life wasting my time here,and often travel to Frome where at least they communicate with the customers.
