I was told about this place by Trents in poole.They had the parts and rang me back with in ten minutes.i paid 1/4 of the price of autoglass quote. And they didnt even have the decency to ring me.I had to ring them,after 3 weeks of waiting.This is why i rate 5/5 ☆☆☆☆☆langfords Also very polite and helpful.

Excellent business, asked about a part via email out of hours. Paul Langford replied promptly the following morning, he had the part and put it aside for me. When I arrived at the yard I was greeted by friendly polite staff. They removed the part and it was in my hand within 10min! A quality part! Fantastic! I have use this facility on and off for 40 plus years and they have always treated me the best! Many thanks guys!!!!

I recommend this business, I called to see if I could turn up and find the parts I needed, the chap on the blower was helpful and said I was welcome to pop in. On arrival, I was assisted by Dave, a friendly and very helpful chap. He escorted me to where I needed the parts, they had everything I needed and even collected the the parts while I was there. They even had parts that I was unable to find elsewhere including online. I drove about an hour from my location but it was definitely worth it. Thank you Langfords.

Super helpful and informative on phone, spending time to ensure we were in agreement and they had the part I was actually after, and price was greay.
Then brilliant when I collected, allowing me to watch removal, and then reinstall myself out front before heading home, and even offered advise when I was struggling.
(As with several other yards I tried, their liability insurance prevents them fitting for you).

Well below average service. Phoned, ordered and reserved a gearbox, was told it would be ready to collect the following week. Phoned mid week to arrange collection and they decided to sell what I had reserved to somebody else. Total waste of space, useless service, I recommend using somebody else
