I would advise avoiding this place.
I went there for a new boot lid for my car after someone smashed my back window.
They had the part but it needed to be removed from the car. I was told this would be done the next day. I rang back the next day and was told it hadn't been done, but would definitely be done Monday. I rang again Monday and was told it would be done by 4pm. I told them I would collect it on Tuesday morning. I went there Tuesday morning to be told it hadn't been done, and that basically it was too much hassle as it was only £40. I appreciate it wasn't a lot of money but don't say you're going to do something for 3 days then not, making out I'm wasting your time, when in fact you've wasted mine.
Now I have to claim from my insurance when I could have replaced it quickly and easily myself.
I will avoid this place at all costs.

Shocking customer service, Went here to pick so parts for my car, phoned up was answered by someone who wasn't to interested but who said a car I needed was in the yard. After a near 1 hour trip I was disappointed to find the car wasn't there at all also the guy working there was really rude and not helpful Shame as I buy alot of car parts.
Not sure how you are still open to be honest .

Top blokes rang in and ordered a diesel injector, Stuart ( I think his name is! ) took it out for me, and left it in the office ready to be picked up, great service! and if you do need to get the parts yourself, as long as you let them know what you want to get, they will tell if the part is available and leave you to get the parts you need with no hassle, Gary and the other blokes have always be pleasant to deal with, so I really don't know why a couple people have given bad feedback!

Outrageous behaviour from the guy that works here, talking the them and getting barely no information out of him, then called them up to find out if they did spare car parts and when going up to him again he started swearing and squaring up to me and my friend, should not be working here with a temper like them, terrible customer service, strongly advice avoiding this place
