When a numpty like me walks into a place like Ransomes I fully expect eyes to roll. Not a bit of it!
Everybody has been super helpful, efficient, polite and punctual.
Real class act.
Watching big yellow machines smash cars up was a bonus too

Excellent customer service from the lady who answered the telephone, to the gentleman who delivered the skip. Family run business who clearly have high standards for their customers and deliver exceptional value. I did lots of price comparisons and JW Ransome & Sons were night and day cheaper.
I'd always choose a company on customer service over price, but this family run business give you both, win win!! ?

Really excellent service from Ransomes when I needed to hire a skip. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was helpful, friendly and efficient - a bit of a rarity these days! Special thanks to Maizie for initially organising everything. Would highly recommend.

I've scrapped two cars with them in just the last 6 months (I know right!), both times they have been a pleasure to deal with. Each time they gave a fair market price without requiring any haggling and the payments into my account were correct and prompt. What more do you want?

Fantastic family run establishment. I've used Ransomes since the early 1980's ! - in Trowbridge initially with Nicky and now Frome with Kevin, Nicky, Marilyn & associated children!
Very friendly, fair, positive & organised -
It's a real pleasure visiting them, good fun & plenty of laughs.

They also now provide a skip service..efficient & very friendly, competitive service!
Cannot recommend highly enough.
