Please avoid this business awful people unhelpful and very rude no customer service at all. Absolute joke of a company they rip people off and don’t pay them correctly for the metal they take in. Sometimes they don’t pay them at all they always have broken machinery or issues and problems. Also taking straight cash payments no vat being paid. Waste notes are not given back properly or signed. Reporting this week to the environment agency and the government for failure to declare vat and taking cash payments. Also for failing to issue the correct paperwork and letting people in with out a legal waste licence just so they can take money from them.
