Basically I wanted to get payed so I went to the counter with the ticket's the guy had a attitude on Saturday he told me to get a new bank statement so I did came back I told him money same day he even asked me if its the acount from the bank statement which I said yes. So my question is where is my money still haven't arrived and its already next day morning not happy should get a compensation for that

I always have a pleasant experience when I visit EMR at Southampton. I took a load in this morning and Dave in the office at the weigh bridge, was extremely helpful, polite and nothing was too much trouble for him. Dave is always so calm and his customer service is second to none, he always goes above and beyond. Take this morning, the previous customer took a long time offloading and a lot of things were dropped and were not picked up they were just kicked around by the customer! I mentioned this to Dave as I didn’t want to run my tyres over anything hazardous. Straight away Dave was on it and arranged for someone to sweep it up. Well done Dave. Dave is such a credit to EMR and you are so lucky to have him.

Use them often, there across the road from me which is very handy, get in get out nice and easy, operation is very good, never hear them late or on Sundays,
They even have a food van what could be be better, much better then other places I have used in the past.

No site directions for new visitors, stand for 10 minutes to get ignored while staff go get their breakfast off the van then have a chat with other people. Left in the end as my business is obviously not wanted
