Well been really shocking surprised from their policy T&C: You must book a slot to collect your car…
But if you late 15’ Then they charge you around £20, ok understandable but how you can explain that we are in place as scheduled and to wait on site for more than 1h15minutes to receive your car and when you enquire thei said “your is next”, and you can see another three cars loaded on other trailers even one just arrived been loaded in less than 10min and let to go. Useless slow motion operative’s on site.

Worst delivery service by copart chester. Always delayed delivery and anytime cancelling without any update. When you cancel copart delivery, they ask for storage fees. Use pickup service by yourselves. Not recommended to use copart delivery. Specially from this branch.

Don't follow the appointment time book an earlier appointment and come after 2 hours because they don't follow the timings if you come on time they will tell you to stay outside in the cold for up to 2 hours till your turn will come, it's better to book before the timings at least 2 to 3 hours.

There is no option to give 0 review, I suggest don't use copart there is other salvage auction better then copart, copart selling scrap car as run and drive and staff is so rude and claim department is not helpful, if you ring them up and raise complain simply they hung up the phone once you paid money they don't accept your claim if anything wrong with car plus keep adding storage charge.

Paid £100 sign up fee for 1st year which ended June.. recently they took another £75 from my account for renewal.. apparently it auto renews the subscription and you have to manually opt out when initially signing up ?‍♂️ . The craftiness is!! after 1st year ends they expire your login password so you can’t login and you think your unsubscribe automatically and forget about it ? be careful

Didn't really help with loading just dumped it could have dropped it behind our lorry so we could have winched it straight onto our lorry he was asked but said no they uselly do
