Used them for several years, the chap that came was a lovely guy. This year someone else turned up a day earlier than planned when no one was home, we explained this when they called and they said they couldn’t now do the agreed day. They then said they couldn’t do it anyway as it involved blocking a single track road yet in previous years it’s been done without fuss! The only way it can be emptied is blocking a road for a short time. Don’t waste your time with this company. No idea what’s happened but don’t bother!!

Seven years ago I reviewed Go Tankers and gave them four stars, today I give them one star. They have become expensive and requiring money upfront and on the phone within ten minutes after the engineer left for payment of a new pump. In total I paid over £500. I was made aware when I complained about how unprofessional this tactic is that my custom is not valued anyway, if Go Tankers treat all loyal customers this way then they have a problem. Go Tankers has seriously gone downhill in my estimation, and after using them for many years I will now find a friendlier more polite and professional outfit for future tank emptying/servicing/repairs.

After a site visit for a new soak-away to a privately owned road, which seemed very positive, I have waited over six weeks for a quote.
I have contacted the office numerous times but the surveyor who it seems is freelance has not supplied a quote or answered my calls.
I could not recommend this company as they seem totally unreliable.

First time I have used Go Tankers for septic tank emptying, from first contact a quick response to enquiry and very polite/ helpful. Their driver arrived on time, very friendly and professional service at a competitive price. This is how to ensure repeat business ! Highly recommended.
