This is a nice recycling center. It's laid out very nicely and easy to get to the different bins. If you're a local resident, ask for a window sticker so you don't have to show ID next time. The Reuse (second hand) store is also worth a visit.

It was very good place to buy some houses stuff . But after they changed the team there it became the worst selling place ever. We went to buy glasses more than 12 with very high value . The new lady there said nothing to wrap them . We asked for any bags, she said no, at the same time a lot of bags were beside her. We brought very old box new one was £2 in some stores outside they said £2 . She never smiled for anyone else. My kids were very sad after that . They had very lovely man there I don't know way he is not there .

Really helpful, lovely team. Accidentally dropped my garden bag right at the bottom of the skip. No problem…Niall just hooked it back out for me. Lovely lad. Credit to your company

Staff are helpful. The shop is a great idea, although some items are overpriced than local charity or marketplace offers.
Place is kept clean and managed well with adequate safety features and sign posters.

Great there is more controls in place for locals to recycle. No long queues.

Officious, rude staff. Taking great delight in ripping everyone’s bags open and smugly telling them that he will educate them on what should be recycled, belittling them. Thankfully we weren’t caught out, but I’ve never heard so many different people complaining about one individual before - everyone was returning to their cars moaning about him. I get they want people to have everything perfectly organised before they arrive, but if they’re not, just be nice about it. Being officious and smug will just turn people off of coming here - and then the council wonders why flytipping is such a big problem.
