Remove my car booked them. Brilliant driver and lorry turned up on time. Real nice bloke. Payment, thats another story- impossible to get hold of, no one ever answers the phone, and no one replies to emails. Ended up having to go to remove my car after 10 days who got my money sorted.

I scrapped my vehicle with this company on Tuesday (20/02/24)
The driver was punctual, polite, friendly, and very professional. He texted me over an hour before the collection to advise me of his arrival time. He gave me the relevant information and paperwork on arrival. My money was paid to me via bank transfer on the third working day after the collection date (today). Thank you, Charlene ?

Worst customer service I have experienced so far.
If you find yourself in need to contact them, be ready to call constantly and get no answer. Not only that, but be prepared to get a call back after days from a lady that got her customer service skills in dire need of improvement. In general, a very rude attitude, getting cut off while trying to explain my situation and an overall "I m right and you re wrong" attitude.

Do yourself a favour and find similar services in other places.

The only reason they get one star is because of their lovely collection guy. Used Remove My Car and this was the company they sent for my old car, they are absolutely useless - impossible to get hold of, no one ever answers the phone, and no one replies to emails. Had to chase them up about payment for my vehicle and ended up having to go to remove my car. Had a call from an incredibly rude lady who said I had given them incorrect details of my bank account, I told her that I had sent an email a week prior with my details. She proceeded to tell me that my email had gone to their junk folder - great. Genuinely think if I hadn't phoned remove my car I would still be waiting for payment. Avoid them.

Very friendly efficient service, paid a good price for our car. Received a phone call very soon after entering our car details and everything explained very clearly and arranged time and date for collection. I highly recommend this company..

Had to part ways with an old car that was no longer driveable. The car had been parked somewhere that was not easily accessible, but the mechanic handling the collection was able to get it out of the drive way with ease. Very polite, friendly, and professional. Thank you for your services.

We had the terrible misfortune to be involved with them through RemoveMyCar. I am lost for words - where to even begin?

With the lady on the phone who so blatantly lies through her teeth that it is laughable? (adamantly and aggressively telling me that I have misunderstood her booking times WHILE I AM READING HER EMAIL OUT LOUD to her!)

With the driver who has the communication skills of a 1983 alarm clock? After waiting 3 hours past due time, no hi, no goodbye, not a word, he just loaded the car like he was stealing it, slang the V5 at me and fled before I could even fold it in my pocket.

With the payment that would never had come, had we not harassed them over the phone and considered going there in person?

With the improvised booking, phantom emails, lame excuses, off topic defensive arguments and childish lies every.single.step.of.the.way?

They are unhelpful, rude and dishonest. I would not say scammers because EVENTUALLY we got paid but hell! That was quite an ordeal.

But if you are enjoying dealing with poeple who behave like tantrum-prone toddlers, go ahead! You'll have a great time.

Offered good price for scrap car and collection went well without an issue.
Payment promised same day or by end of the following working day. They did not try to even process the payment until the afternoon of the following day and therefore two days later, we still haven't received any money from them.
Accounts worker "not in office" since yesterday afternoon so still hasn't been resolved.
Only providing 2 stars because the booking and collection of car was a simple process.
