I came to these after looking online for a certain car part they gave me a quote online and told me they had the parts on the shelf ready to be picked up, on arrival I told what I had come for and took payment immediately before I had seen or inspected the certain part I was trying to obtain. Was told to wait 20 mins while they removed said part from the vehicle to my surprise. Because I thought the parts are on the shelf ready to go, half an hour had pasted by and I was getting a bit annoyed with the service I was receiving little to none to be then told that one was rusty and damaged they had to take one off another car, another 20mins past to be told the same thing. At this point I said I'll take my money back and leave, they said no wait we have another car, I was addiment to leave but was told to wait to see what that one was like same again rotted and damaged reluctant to hand cash back I will not recommend or I will not be using these again utter shambles

Absolute con men and fraudsters , asked for a suspension they asked what reg is ur car and they say they have it. you have to pay cash before they take it out then they give you a rusty and wrong part then mess you about took £100 but will not refund you no matter what it takes thats the reason they ask for cash and they dont accept card payments, 3hours onsite had to come back next day bad attitude and scammers going. Hmrc and trading standards will soon be onto them. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE JUST READ THE REST OF THE CUSTOMERS REVIEWS THIS PLACE DEFO NEEDS SCRAPPING

This people is lies and money fraud ? stay away guys from this place u get faulty or wrong parts and when u try to get ur refund they keep ignor ur call or message 100 percent scam just take them to court what I see here they keep doing this with many people let's take them to court together every one report them also don't want take payment through card onlt cash so. No declared tax is will I'm gonna started my case now online again never ever order parts from there is ur choice

I'm going to be fare, I should of given a 2 star but they treated my partner with respect, however they offered £400 for a jaguar xf sport 3 litre engine, with the catalytic converter still on, they took the car and said they would give me £350, well what could I say they took my car, they would charge me for bringing it back, thanks, bad for business will not be going there again, ? they did however lie to me I would not go here, go somewhere else, it is a scrap place after all, the place needs scrapping

lies and false promises in abundance, it cost me £1000 to have an engine fitted and then removed because it was in a word SCRAP which I paid £650.took me forever to get my refund

ordered my part online within 1 hour A&C Auto Salvage took my money and i didnt hear from them for 11 days after complaining to 1st choice the part arrived and it was wrong. wont be using them again and i certainly wont be recommending them....stay clear.

This is the 1st time I've dealt with a&c auto salvage Bolton,and I personally find them very helpful,I had a problem with the delivery which took 1 week but that was due to dhl the driver did explain to me why my part was late so I was OK at that,ALEX was very helpful as was antony and I will buy from them again by phone call,200% service from them well done lads from ady Shipton Burton on trent Staffordshire ?
