Site cleanliness is abysmal! I was told inert would be charged at £20 a tonne, I within my own fault let it go passed me when on site them wanting to charge you a minimum of 3 tonnes costing you £72. When leaving site, I was left with a large piece of metal embedded in my tyre costing me to replace it as they don't tidy up one bit. When calling then up to discuss the fact they've charged me 3 tonne worth and I only have 1 tonne left to drop they didn't care and refused me to be able to go back and drop it off amd it was simply just there charge once on andnpff site. They didn't even care they damaged my tyre. EHO will be contacted this week as their site is way below standards you're paying for.

Don't use this company Unless you want to end up with damaged property. Neighbour used the company for a skip and have I got a story to tell everyone. When dropping off the skip the driver could not even get the skip off the back of the truck let alone correctly detaching the skip from the truck, he ended up dragging the skip and When the driver noticed what was going on he was having a funny little tantrum. So ... a few weeks go by and its time to collect the skip and guess what happens. they managed to damage my wall as you can see from the images. the driver tried not to take notice and i caught him on the camera which he tried to deny doing it. After several phone calls and emails I kept getting told the wall would be fixed. We are now 6 weeks on from the incident and they have blatantly ignored the issue and not even fixed the wall. Terrible customer service for someone who didn't even use the company.

Did not deliver on time as promised had 2 guys waiting to load the skip, cost me 2 days wages for nothing..!!! Sent a skip from another company was loaded quite high taken away with no issue at all simple its called being helpful, ordered a further skip from AE Burgess only had soft cushions on top refused to take no weight a girl saying its over loaded, totally clueless, would not know what over loaded was, if someone was that nervous in driving a lorry with a few cushions that has to be netted anyway then just don't bother using these people its a disgrace please find & use a more helpful company....

DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. Save your time and save your money. We had a skip booked 2 weeks ago, we alerted all neighbours (one who had a skip in the same place a month prior) and on the day they said they couldn’t drop the skip as it would block garages. 1. We measured and it wouldn’t block anything. 2. The driver said it was fine but the guy on the phone looking at google maps said it wouldn’t. So unprofessional. They could’ve told us when we booked it but now the work we have in place has to also be delayed. Don’t let this happen to you, book with another skip company.

Very poor customer service. Tried to hire a skip at a cost of £280 and although (understandably) they said they needed email confirmation from my neighbour that it was OK to put it on his drive as we were both going to use it, they denied all knowledge of receiving his email. I rang them and assured them that it had been sent but they were not particularly helpful on the phone even though a supervisor became involved. They asked me to send another email, this time from my email account, confirming permission and I did so straight away. When I rang about half an hour later to place my order as requested, they said they hadn't received that email either! The adviser I spoke to confirmed that the error would therefore seem to be at their end and was willing to send me a template email to try but by this time I had lost patience and decided to take my custom elsewhere. His excuse was that they receive "hundreds" of emails but frankly I felt that they were not really bothered whether they had my custom or not which made me feel that I didn't wish to do business with them.

I did used the skip hire services several times as I’m in building trade always received professional service, friendly drivers and office staff. At one time the wall in front garden of my customers got damage on collection of skip it took one call and the company had it sorted in no time. If you have less than 100 kg metal scrap avoid this place - they will not pay you even penny. I've bring about 25 kg and they tell me it's not too much for paying me for it. Wasting time! On website they have information about small scale for small item but they didn't offer me it. I lost time, fuel and money.

We have had missed pick ups of trade waste and then been told that there is nothing they can do until the following week. I questioned Head of Trade what are we supposed to do with the accumulated waste and they really didn’t show any care other than being told that this was our issue not theirs!
