Quiet possibly one of the rudest and most unprofessional companies I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I am not a customer, however they left /abandoned a skip in front of my garage blocking access and despite phoning them to politely request that it be removed was threaten with all sorts and told to I need to go and speak to the person who ordered the skip. FYI - It's your skip and you are the ones who left it there. I have had to involve the PSNI and Local Council.

Fantastic service. Highly recommend. Phoned up to get skip but unsure of size required. Brief chat and got the right size. Very nice girl on phone (sorry never got her name). Skip was out within couple hrs and dropped off by a lovely guy. No pressure on when it needed to be back. Rang to get it collected and was lifted same day by another very nice guy. Prompt service. Skip was perfect. Easy to pay. Easy delivery and collection. Staff all lovely. Ive more stuff needs dumped so will def be g iving them a call. Thanks very much am very grateful 🙂

Their drivers and staff can barely string a coherent sentence together, and tried to threaten me with paramilitaries, all for telling them that they had blocked my driveway with someone's skip....BAD CHOICE, LADS....YOU THREATENED THE WRONG PERSON THIS TIME!!!

Moving house and got a skip 3rd November was happy with the service until we phoned to have the skip collected - we were told we hadn't ordered one.. Eventually got somewhere and got it picked up.

Thinking everyone can make a mistake phoned for a second skip a month later and was basically called a liar - We had never ordered a skip, the amount was higher but the prices hadn't changed.

Found the delivery docket and called - spoke to Clarissa who we had spoken to the day before. Very unprofessional with no customer service skills. Told me I could write an email complaint but that the owner wouldn't reply as she would be told it's her job to do.

Unprofessional and most definitely wouldn't recommend.

We went to a competitor who has been professional and very helpful. Wouldn't give this company another penny.

Recently ordered for a skip, the lady telephonist stated that it would be with me in approximately two hours. Skip arrived within the hour 😁👍
Had skip filled and rang them back the next morning enquired if it could be removed asap as there was a delivery expected. The lady informed me that she would mark my skip removal as a priority. Skip was removed within a couple of hours. 👍😁

I'll be honest, I was a bit apprehensive after reading previous reviews, but I'm glad I give them a try. From the office staff to the delivery drivers, the level of service I received was first class. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a bit of a mix up with the skip (my fault, not theirs). I needed a bigger skip than the one that was ordered and they had it out within an hour. Also when I phoned them to uplift the skip, it was collected on the same day. Highly recommend ☺️

Skip arrived within a couple of hours of ordering and was collected promptly. No problems here. However, the skip was positioned on our driveway and the driver cracked a manhole cover as he reversed up the driveway to collect the skip. You are required, of course, to sign that Batesy Skip Hire accept no responsibility of any damage done. I did want to let them know what had happened and was informed that the weight of the full skip caused the problem even though the damage was done by the empty lorry! The staff member couldn’t have cared less.
