AVOID. Spoke to the guy on the phone who confirmed his yard would be open, and said we would be coming. We drove for 45 mins for the yard to be shut and the owner refused to answer his phone. The place itself looks incredibly dodgy.

What a shame! The guy was more interested to sit down than show us around. I needed patio doors couple of windows and some other things but since I had to go to the office to ask for prices I rather spend it where they work for it rather than sitting. The guy was giving prices on top of his head which made me Google and there were the same new online including delivery. ?

Opening hours on line are not correct. Turned up at 1pm on sunday 5th november to find it closed and locked up. After having to pay for parking in strood this is extremely disappointing.

I disagree with Daniel on the Windows. Got quoted £600 for two one of which
was for the Bathroom, so small. I believe once again I was being taken advantage of because I am a senior lady? ended up with new ones and they did not come to £600. *EDIT* Further to the response by the Owner firstly I want to say thst I am neither incorrect nor am I a liar. Yes, you do have some very interesting and good products but you cannot expect every single person to be happy. What I stated in my review was truthful whether you liked it or not. I always review any services I use because I know they are seen. I do not do it because I have nothing better to do. I am entitled to my opinion.

way over priced, needed a upvc door, unfortunately this place is way over priced for a used door that had damage to it, could get a new one for the price they wanted. managed to get one online delivered for half the price these guys wanted
