Quick order and delivery. Decent price for small sized skip required for kitchen project.

I was informed I had two weeks with the skip by the call handler (female). She called me twice in week one to ask if the skip is ready for collection. I reminded her that I have two weeks with the skip and I will notify her once I have finished with the skip.

Hired a skip for garden waste nothing wrong with service but when it came to pick it up the driver damaged my wall and when I called the company they seemed to not even care that my wall is damaged. Very disappointed as now this repair will cost me money.

Absolutely fantastic company, professional throughout and very cost effective as compared to other companies in the surrounding area. The driver was also knowledgeable and put the skip exactly where I wanted. I would recommend this company for any of your removal needs. Do not use this company!! They will rip you off, you pay so much for a skip and they tell you that you can’t even put that much! Not to mention rude staff, especially this lady who speaks very rudely and shouts over the phone…. She’s been threatening us that if the skip is filled more she will complain us even though we had 2 days left until our time is up! She’s been saying this like “you’re wasting my energy” and “you can’t read English”, very rubbish customer service, especially when we’ve been talking nicely all this time. I honestly can’t understand how they think it’s acceptable to talk like this to customers.

This company provided me with a next day delivery service at a reasonable price. This was important to me because I was working on a time sensitive project. I had tried a number of other companies who weren't able to do the same. I will definitely use Sandwell Skips again. The reception staff were also very helpful in contacting me ahead of the skip being delivered.
