They have parts but won't bother replying back unless it is worth their time. You need a door or a small part for a car they won't even bother to reply. Not sure why they call themselves breakers for. Prices are cheap but it doesn't help when they tell you a item is in stock and you drive 25 minutes to get to them just for them to tell you we don't have it. Seems like customer service is not one of their aims as always busy doing stuff other than wanting to deal with customers.

Recently I have had major car issues causing me lots of stress. Being an audi a3 they have many diffrent types for that one car. And I'm far from mechanic so this was very stressful for me. I rang a few places. But alot of places didn't stock it or wasn't helpful. Eventually I found ab autos who was very helpful. Very responsive and willing to help. Unfortunately I got the wrong part but ab autos was happy to refund me and reassure me not to worry. I highly recommend this place to anyone. The reviews talk for themselves. Life long customer now.many thanks ab autos 👍

Customer service not their priority, unkind, rude, broken my cars but all gearboxes were damaged not removed professionally , i would not recommend for breaking your car
