Not impressed but wouldn't say im happy, was told a part would be here for me when i called up the previous business day only to travel there and they not have it. I think they need to improve on their end of actually collecting part numbers for engine parts especially when parts come in so many different sizes and shapes.
thankfully some of the staff were very friendly

I used Abbey Car Breakers for some parts for my car. They were totally professional and polite to deal with on the phone. Because I live a long distance away from them they contacted me as they progressed the removal of the parts to ensure I was happy with them. When the parts were removed they took photos of them to show what I was going to receive. They packaged the parts very well and organised sending them to me by next day special delivery. The parts supplied were perfect and the price of the parts excellent. I would certainly use them again.
