Abbey Drains visited my care home to conduct a CCTV survey and subsequently performed the recommended follow-up work. Initially, I was concerned about the work due to hearing many horror stories. However, from the first phone call to the completion of the work, they were extremely helpful and transparent. We highly recommend their services. They have a great team, offer excellent value for money, and go above and beyond to assist. Thank you very much.

Great service today from Will who helped to clear a stubborn drain outside my home that was causing a lot of issues, work was done under an hour. Will took time to give advice on how to avoid blockages and had a good chat with me after the work had been done.

I’ve passed on Abbey Drains number a couple of times and both times they have gone just over their hour and charged an additional £240 . The guys had more than enough time in an hour to look at the job and fill in a report but the guys just didn’t turn up for work just wanted to hang it out. Will never pass on their number again it’s a very poor service.

I was very unfortunate to drop my car keys down a road side drain! Major incident for me!! On the phone to Abbey Drains! The young lady on the switchboard was fantastic and provided a great customer service! Thank you for your great help! Within the hour Aaron turned up! My Super Hero! Genuinely nice guy who was a great help! Nothing was too much for him. Managed to get the keys back very promptly! Will definitely be keeping their number for when I drop my keys down the drain again!!!!

I called this company to ask about a job. They said that they could do it and could I please email details, which I did, taking time to set things out clearly and add photographs. I got an immediate reply which quoted to do something else—not the work I had asked for. I replied, explaining again what I needed to be done. Another reply from the company agreed that this work was necessary and asked for more photos and info in order to quote. I provided this. Then...nothing. No reply from Abbey Drains. After a good while I followed up: still no reply. Why behave like this? It's fine if a business can't or doesn't want to do a job. Just say so—it takes a few seconds to put it in an email. Saying that you will quote and then just never replying again is really rude and time-wasting.

I had Josh attend my property for a backed up drain that had caused leaks and waste water to drip through my floors. Josh had worked tirelessly until he could find a resolution. He attended 10:15pm until 11:30pm then had to leave due to noise which is great as he was nothing but respectful to our neighbours. The following day he reattended with a full days work continued again. Laser focused on completing the tasks at hand, and finally one more day which is today and he got here about 8am and is just leaving now at 11pm

Aaron at Abbey Drains was absolutely fantastic - quick and informative about the problem we had with our waste drainage and what he needed to do to fix the issue. Not only that he also gave sound advice in how to mitigate against the problem reoccurring in the future.

The team were quick to answer the initial call and I couldn’t recommend them higher.

Abbey drains are fantastic I've had will out several times over the year due to ongoing issues with the drainage at my property will and his team are very professional and very good at what they do he always keeps you updated with what's happening and what needs to be done they are a great great company
