Brent residents like to recycle more, instead making it easier, It's one of the worst places in terms of service and restrictions. Do not let residents bring items of all the different kinds to recycle and to dispose of.
These restrictions force Brent residents to flytiping. No wonder Brent is the dirtiest borough in the UK.
Brent says there is no need to book now that the covid restrictions are over. But when you arrive they still persist for a booking reference. Who are they paid from... my council tax..Red Tape?
See a photo attached. These small amounts of wood I wanted them to recycle, now I have to burn them more ploution OR
Take to another boroughs recycling centre.
Shame to you all Councillors of Brent.

Popped in on a Sunday morning to be greeted by the pleasant and polite Kingsley. The site was well organised, tidy and plenty of helpful team members were available. Great facility

I've been using this facility for several years now, and I have to say that the staff handling the weigh bridge area are consistently rude and unfriendly. There have been times when their attitude seemed unnecessarily provocative, creating tension instead of helping resolve issues calmly.

On the other hand, the staff who manage the waste being unloaded from lorries, trucks, and vans are a different story. They are generally very helpful and hands-on, providing a much better experience in that part of the center.

Friendly, helpful and polite staff who are working hard even in this heat without complaint or irritation. I hope they are provided with regular breaks to rest and hydrate.
Well labelled site so you can quickly dispose of your items correctly.
Easy booking process for local Brent residents to book your visit. Helpful information and instructions on website.
Perhaps you could also include a map of the site in the email and what goes where, so we can arrive even more prepared and be more efficient/quick during our visit - avoiding overcrowding.

Vital service for my business, and for my needs reasonably priced, usually very friendly and welcoming staff, very efficient, and helpful. 8 times out of 10, I can be in and out of here with no queue, and it's a real pleasure. Great people, great service.

We spend money in these bureaucrats so we can ask them for permission for when, how and how much household rubbish we can dispose …

No wonder the streets are a dumping pit, Sherlock.

Should be free to use and cheaper to run without all that useless booking system.
