I recently ordered a small skip as access is difficult and a normal size skip lorry would not be able to get through. The delivery problems were discussed and a satisfactory solution was found and delivery was made. I was kept informed throughout.
Collection was straightforward.
A further skip was required and delivery was carried out easily. When I informed that the skip was ready for collection the likely date was 2 or 3 days ahead. I received a call later that day to say that a slot was now available and the collection was made.

Have had several skips from these recently. They turn up when they say they will and are very polite and amenable with good prices. Last skip collection was after a windy night so things had blown all over the drive and neighbours drive, the skip collection driver could have left it there and just taken the skip but seen him on the cctv spending 10 minutes picking it all up before he left. Access for a skip was extremely challenging, but Abel Skip Hire went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. They took the time to assess the area using street view and coordinated with their drivers to determine the largest skip they could safely place. The service was first class throughout the process. They delivered skips promptly, swapped them out the next day when needed, and were incredibly flexible.

Each driver who delivered, swapped, or collected the skips was courteous and professional, making the entire experience hassle-free.
