Tony sold me a Renault grand scenic I paid £300 to have it delivered. Described as a perfect family car and great runner. It came off the trailer making a horrendous noise took it to a local garage to be told the engine had a serious bottom end knock was throwing oil back up and would not make it another 200 miles. Called back spoke to tony about this for him to tell me to return the car for a full refund he then put the phone down and refused to talk to me. The garage was 250 miles away so I couldn't drive the car back cost me another £300 to send it back he even told the bloke that delivered it here not to take it back for me. I had it back by the next day from this point on he refused to refund me for the entire 14 days that consumer rights dictates. I eventually spoke to his boss on day 14 who agreed to refund me on day 15 I got my refund for the car but am £600 out of pocket for delivery to me and back again of a car with a broken engine due to it having been ran in the past with no oil in it. They tried to insist I had damaged the car then told me it must of happened in transport all lies they sell cars not fit for purpose do not buy from these people they are con men.

Bought a Chrysler Ypsilon 9 weeks ago, disaster!!!
The car went back to be fixed to the garage 3 times. By an independent mechanic as well.
Car has now been scrapped as the engine blew up on the motorway!! This could have caused a potentially fatal crash!

ABSOLUTELY DISGRACE OF A CAR ESTABLISHMENT..My son spent his saving buying his first car from here and my other son who is a mechanic has had to repair loads since buying luckily he has a mechanic to help with costs as he would have been over £1000 in repairs the first month..Head gaskit being the biggest problem..Can’t contact or get hold of them on phone or Facebook to discuss!!!!!

Purchased a vauxhall zafira September 2023 drove home and immediately had issues, I will give the garage their dues they took the car back and sorted it gave me a wee run about for a few days. 9 months later the car died on me and is now off to the scrap yard. Called the garage to see if they had any paperwork as the person who was trying to fix the car said the ECU had been previously tampered with but no luck they only keep it for so long. Had issues trying to sort v5 DVLA opened a case regarding this. I was fined for the tint on the windows as well as the exhaust. Car was also registered as a disabled vehicle so yeah not a fun experience would definitely avoid unless you know what you are talking about.

These are a dodgy dealership. I got zafira and was told it had problems but I needed to ask the right questions to find out. I'm not a car pers6and wouldn't know what to ask.

I took it home and I'd say after 3 months the engine light came on. I ignored it but decided to leave it checked. It's not worth fixing it and I'm now waiting for the car to give up. Mechanic said it could be a year or less or never. I'm really disappointed as I paid £2300.

I would advise anyone buying a second hand car to book an engine diagnostic test (£45). And avoid this place.
